Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
- Minimum of five years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability in resource mobilization, planning & allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment processes.
